The puppy rate applies until your puppy turns 7 months old. Please be sure to notify the boarding home if you are going to be late or early for dropoff or pickup. Don’t forget to bring food, bowls, treats, leash, poop bags, toys, bedding and anything else that will make your dog feel comfortable during the visit!
Important payment & cancellation information
During peak periods we require a 50% deposit (up to 5 days) on booking with the balance due the day before your dogs stay begins. Deposits and/or payments are non-refundable. At all other times 48 hours cancellation notice is required for a credit towards future boarding. Credits must be used within 2 years of the date of issue. We do not offer refunds for early pickups so please be sure your pickup date is firm.
