Shipping & Processing
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate Nosy Barkers for processing your order, handling, packing and delivering your products to you. Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse to arrive within 10 business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email. Some items, due to their custom nature, may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
Orders can only be shipped within Canada and the United States.
Standard Delivery and Processing Surcharges
Because some items are bulky or heavy, there may be a delivery and processing surcharge. This charge is listed in parentheses ($) after the item price and is in addition to regular delivery and processing charges.
At Nosy Barkers, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. If, within 14 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your unused item for a replacement or refund of the merchandise value. We cannot accept returns on custom-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
Please be sure to call first and get a Return Reference Code to include with your shipment. You can reach us at
